Forza Restaurant Group was born from a casual conversation between experienced restaurateur Carlos Amaya and Chef Benjamin Lambert over pizza and wine. They discovered a shared passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and a mutual aspiration for creating and developing innovative restaurant concepts. This synergy led to the establishment of our group, uniting a team of professional chefs, restaurateurs, CPAs, interior designers, architects, sommeliers, and mixologists.
With over two decades of experience and numerous awards and accolades to their names, visionaries Carlos and Chef Benjamin take pride in their relationships with local farmers and have established strong connections with electricians, plumbers, and builders. This ensures that every detail of our projects is executed with the highest craftsmanship and care. Our services include concept development, consulting, designing, and building fully operational establishments from the ground up.
